Rum Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. cocoa, 1 c. powdered sugar, 1/4 c. rum, 2 tbsp. light corn syrup and 2 c. crushed vanilla wafers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sift cocoa and powdered sugar into bowl.
Stir in liquor which has been combined with syrup; mix well.
Add vanilla wafers and nuts; mix well.
Form into 3/4-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar.
Dry several hours.
Freezes well.
Yields 3 dozen.
