Ruben Casserole
Ruben Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (32 oz.) jar sauerkraut, drained and rinsed, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. parsley, 2 tbsp. caraway seed and 4 c. swiss cheese, shredded and divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine kraut, onion, parsley and seed in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Top with 2 cups cheese and 2/3 cup dressing.
Layer beef slices. Add rest of cheese and dressing.
Toss bread cubes with margarine and spread on top.
Bake in 375Β° oven for 35 minutes.
