Round Steak Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with round steak, 1 package lipton onion soup, 1 1/2 cups water, 4 or 5 potatoes and carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Roll the steak in flour and fry good and brown.
Put lipton soup mix with water and pour over meat.
Let simmer 45 minutes.
Add potatoes, carrots, onion, bell pepper and soup.
Simmer for another hour or until vegetables are done.
This cooks well in a large electric skillet.
