Round Steak
Round Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 1 round steak, 1 can golden cream of mushroom soup, undiluted, 2 tsp. cooking oil, 1 onion and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Tenderize both sides of the steak and cut into serving pieces. Salt and pepper to taste.
Brown both sides in hot oil.
Place in casserole dish.
Top each piece of steak with a slice of onion. Spoon soup and a half can of water over meat.
Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
