Round Steak
Round Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 round steak, salt and pepper to taste, 2 tbsp. flour, 2 (8 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes and 1/2 c. chopped carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut all fat off steak; cut into 4 or 5 pieces.
Salt and pepper steak.
Roll in flour and brown.
In big baking dish, add oil and 2 tablespoons of flour; make a sauce like gravy.
Add to this tomatoes, carrots, celery and onion.
Stir until well blended and bubbly.
Pour over meat.
Cover and bake at 325Β° for 2 hours.
