Roulade
Roulade is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 2 c. celery, diced, 1 c. fresh oysters, or canned, chopped, 4 c. bread crumbs and 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Saute 1 1/2 cups mushrooms, celery, water chestnuts, oysters and chopped green onions in butter about 10 minutes.
Then mix in bread crumbs, mayonnaise, sage to taste, chicken stock, red wine, parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
