Rotini Salad
Rotini Salad is an impressive salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 2 minutes. Made with c. (1/2 pkg.) hogdson mill rotini, medium green pepper, chopped, c. black olives, drained and sliced, c. fresh broccoli, chopped and c. saffron or safflower oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a bowl, blend together the oil, vinegar and Italian dressing.
In a large bowl, combine other ingredients.
Stir. Pour dressing over and stir.
Chill.
Keeps good in refrigerator. May add other vegetables such as onions, carrot slices, cauliflower, etc.
