Rosamarina Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can pineapple chunks, 1 (8 oz.) cool whip, 1 can mandarin oranges, 1/2 box gioia rosamarina and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain pineapple, saving juice.
To pineapple juice, add egg, flour and sugar.
Stir and cook until thick.
Let cool.
Cook Rosamarina; rinse well.
Mix. Refrigerate overnight, covered.
Next day, add fruit (drained) and fold in Cool Whip.
Refrigerate covered until ready to use.
