Ron's Biscuits
Ron'S Biscuits is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. lard (cold), 2 1/2 lb. white lily flour and 1 qt. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dump all in big bowl and mix really good.
Sprinkle pastry cloth well with flour and roll dough out like a cross.
Take left side; fold to center.
Take right side; fold to center.
Take bottom; fold up.
Take top and fold down.
Roll over slightly with rolling pin, then cut biscuits out with top of drinking glass.
