Rolos-Filled Cookies
Rolos-Filled Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 oz. bag rolos, 2 1/2 c. flour, 3/4 c. cocoa, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine the flour, cocoa and baking soda; set aside.
Cream the sugars and margarine.
Add vanilla and eggs.
Mix flour into creamed mixture.
Chill dough.
With floured hands, shape 1 tablespoon of dough around a Rolos.
Cover completely.
Roll in sugar.
Bake on ungreased sheet 7 to 10 minutes.
Cool 2 minutes on pan, then cool on rack.
Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
