Rolls
Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. milk, scalded, 1/2 c. honey, 1/2 c. oleo, 2 tsp. salt and 3 pkg. dry yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Pour scalded milk into mixing bowls, add honey, butter, beaten egg and dry yeast.
Add flour and beat; knead in the rest of the flour that cannot be beaten in.
Place in greased bowl, set in warm place until double in size (about 1 hour, 20 minutes).
Shape into rolls; let rise again until doubled.
Bake in 375Β° oven about 20 minutes.
