Rolls
Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1 c. warm water, 3 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. shortening and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add sugar, shortening, egg, salt and 1/2 of flour.
Beat at low speed with mixer until smooth. Stir in remaining flour.
Place dough in a greased bowl, turning to grease top.
Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled. Punch dough down.
Knead briefly.
Shape.
Let rise again until doubled.
Bake at 400Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.
