Rolled Lasagna
Rolled Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cartons ricotta cheese, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese, shredded, 1 c. parmesan cheese, grated, 4 eggs and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Mix the cheeses, eggs, seasonings and parsley together.
Cut the partially cooked lasagna in half.
Fill each half with 1 heaping tablespoonful of mixture and roll up.
Put spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a large oiled lasagna dish, then put the filled lasagna with the seam side down in the sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
