Cream shortening, sugar and egg.
Add milk, then dry ingredients.
Mix with spoon.
I always have about 1 more cup of flour to roll out dough.
Make sure dough isn't sticky.
Flour counter top good and rolling pin.
Good luck.
Bake at 350Β° in a preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cookies will be white.
I always double recipe.
