Rohlicky(Cookies) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 2 c. flour, 1 egg yolk and 3/4 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cut butter into flour as with pie crust.
Blend the egg yolk with sour cream and add to flour.
Blend well.
Form into ball and cover with wax paper.
Chill in refrigerator for several hours. Divide dough into 3 parts.
Roll each part into a 12-inch circle. Cut into 16 wedges.
