Roger's Mexican Dip
Roger'S Mexican Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 (15 oz.) can refried beans, 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix and 1 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook and stir ground beef until brown; drain.
Stir in beans, tomato sauce, seasoning mix, onion, mustard and chili powder.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Spread in ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
Spread sour cream over ground beef mixture, sprinkle with shredded lettuce and cheese.
