Rodeo Stew
Rodeo Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained, 1 (16 oz.) can hominy, undrained and 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with green chilies, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large Dutch oven, brown ground chuck partially.
Add onions and continue browning.
Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve with cornbread.
