Rocky Roads
Rocky Roads is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. rich milk chocolate, coarsely chopped, 1 c. broken pecans or walnuts and 1 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt chocolate in top of a double boiler over hot, not boiling, water.
Stir mixture until smooth.
Remove from heat; spoon half the mixture into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch foil-lined pan. Spread to edges.
Return remaining chocolate to heat.
