Rocky Road Cookie Pizza
Rocky Road Cookie Pizza is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) pkg. pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough, 1/2 c. chopped salted peanuts, 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 c. or 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips and 1/3 c. caramel ice cream topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 350°.
Line a 12-inch pizza pan with foil.
Grease foil.
Press cookie dough into bottom of foil line pan.
Bake at 350° for 13 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown.
Sprinkle with peanuts, marshmallows and chocolate chips.
Drizzle with caramel topping.
Bake additional 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely.
Remove foil and cut into wedges.
