Sift sugar and flour together.
In separate kettle, combine butter, cocoa and water.
Bring to boil.
Pour over sugar and flour and mix well.
Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla.

Pour into greased jelly roll pan (15 x 10-inch).
Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes.
