*Rocky Road Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, 1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, 1 tbsp. butter, 2 eggs and 1 1/4 c. confectioners sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Melt chocolate pieces, chocolate and butter in a large saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat. Beat eggs until foamy.
Mix in sugar, salt and vanilla.
Blend in chocolate mixture.
Stir in peanuts and marshmallows.
Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper.
Chill for 2 hours or until firm. Store in the refrigerator; remove just before serving.
Makes about 4 dozen candies.
