Rocky Road
Rocky Road is an easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (2 c.), 3 c. tiny marshmallows and 3/4 c. coarsely chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In medium saucepan, slowly melt chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; beat smooth.
Stir in marshmallows and nuts.
Spread in buttered 8 x 8x 2-inch pan. Chill, then cut into squares.
Makes about 2 to 2 1/2 pounds. (Can be rolled and cut in slices.)
