Rocky Road
Rocky Road is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 2 hours 10 minutes. Made with (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, . butter or margarine, c. chopped pecans and (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Place chocolate morsels, milk and butter in top of a double boiler; bring boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate and butter melts, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, and stir in pecans and marshmallows.
Spread mixture into a waxed paper lined 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Chill at least 2 hours.
Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares, store in refrigerator.
Yields 4 dozen.
