Rocky Road
Rocky Road is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, 1 can eagle brand milk, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 c. dry roasted peanuts and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt morsels with condensed milk and butter.
Remove from heat. In a large bowl, combine peanuts and marshmallows.
Fold in chocolate mixture.
Spread in wax paper-lined 9 x 12-inch pan. Chill until firm.
Remove from pan and peel off paper.
Cut into squares.
Cover and store at room temperature.
