Rocky Road
Rocky Road is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 c. chopped pecans and 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Place chocolate morsels, butter in top of a double boiler; Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate and butter melts, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, and stir in pecans and marshmallows.
Spread mixture into a waxed paper lined 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Chill at least 2 hours.
Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares, store in refrigerator.
Yields 4 dozen.
