Rockin' Roller Nibbles
Rockin' Roller Nibbles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 ripe bananas, peeled, 1 c. cashews, 1 c. flaked coconut, 1 c. regular oats and 1 c. peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Slice bananas into blender and purée.
In a bowl, combine bananas, cashews, coconut, oats, peanuts and sunflower seeds. Spread mixture evenly in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle oil evenly over mixture.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven; stir mixture to separate, then bake 10 minutes longer.
Stir again. Bake 10 minutes longer.
Stir in raisins.
