Rock Cornish Hens
Rock Cornish Hens is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) can apricot nectar, 1 c. white wine, 1/4 lb. butter, 2 tsp. angostura bitters and hens, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In small pan put nectar, wine, butter and Angostura Bitters. Heat before putting on hens.
Place hens on rack in pan; baste. Continue basting every 1/2 hour, for 3 to 4 hours in a 225Β° oven. Serve with wild rice.
