Rock Cookies
Rock Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. soda, 2 tbsp. hot water and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream butter and sugar.
Mix soda and hot water.
Add to butter and sugar mixture.
Add beaten eggs, chopped nuts and dates.
Sift flour and spices together.
Add to mixture.
Batter will be stiff.
Drop by tablespoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325Β° until light brown.
