Roasted Rice
Roasted Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. long grain rice (raw), 3 bouillon cubes (any flavor), 2 1/2 c. boiling water, 1/4 c. minced onion and 1 tsp. celery salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Spread the rice in a shallow baking dish.
Bake at 375° for about 15 minutes until the rice is golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Put the rice in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in the boiling water and add it to the rice.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Blend; cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
