Roasted Potatoes
Roasted Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 5 large potatoes, peeled and sliced, 1 c. chicken stock, 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste and 4 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place potatoes in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Combine chicken stock, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Pour over potatoes. Dot with butter. Cover and bake at 400Β° for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake 15 more minutes to brown potatoes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
