Roasted Cauliflower
Roasted Cauliflower is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head cauliflower, 2 red onions, 1 tbsp. chopped parsley, 2 tbsp. garlic olive oil and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Make cauliflower into 1-1/2 inch florets.
Cut red onions into 8 wedges.
Heat oven to 475Β°.
In non-stick roasting pan, mix cauliflower, onions, oil, salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper.
Roast 15 minutes. Toss and roast 5 to 10 minutes until lightly charcoal and tender. Transfer to platter, top with 1/4 tsp. pepper, parsley and cheese.
