Roast Beef
Roast Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 7 lb. roast beef, 4 tbsp. flour, onion and green pepper, lemon pepper and seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a large skillet or pot, season your roast with pepper, salt and oregano.
Let it set overnight in your refrigerator.
Put it in a pot and cut up your onion and green pepper over it.
Bring it to a boil.
Don't forget the 2 cups of water. Simmer, covered, 1 hour. Turn roast.
Brown flour in pan drippings in skillet. When brown, add water to liquid in pot roast.
Cook slowly until thick.
