Road Side Potatoes
Road Side Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen potatoes o'brien, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted, 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, salt and pepper to taste and 1/3 c. half and half, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine the potatoes, cheese and melted butter.
Place in a well buttered 9-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add half and half.
Dot with butter or margarine.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until potatoes are slightly crusty on the edges and lightly browned.
Serve immediately.
