Ritz Torte
Ritz Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1 c. sugar, 21 ritz crackers, crushed fine, 1 c. chopped nuts and 1/2 pt. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat egg whites stiff.
Add sugar, crackers, baking powder and nuts.
Pour into a 10 x 10-inch or 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake 25 minutes at 350Β°.
When cold, whip cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over cold torte.
Top with Hershey's shavings and refrigerate overnight.
