Ritz Torte
Ritz Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, beaten stiff, 1 c. white sugar, beaten in slowly, 21 ritz crackers, crushed, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat above ingredients together and put into ungreased 9 x 9-inch pan.
Bake 25 minutes at 350Β° oven.
Cool completely.
Top with 1/2 pint real whipping cream beaten stiff.
Shave plain Hershey candy bar on top and refrigerate overnight.
Cut in squares and serve.
