Ritz Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 24 crushed ritz crackers and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar slowly.
Then add vanilla, Ritz crackers and nuts.
Spread into square Pyrex dish and bake in a 350Β° oven for 20 minutes.
Cool. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut.
Cover and chill for 8 hours.
