Ritz Cracker Pie
Ritz Cracker Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 20 ritz crackers, 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1 c. sugar and 1 c. finely chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar slowly; beat thoroughly.
Crush or blend crackers very fine and add to mixture. Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased pie plate and bake at 325Β° for 25 minutes.
Let cool and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Top with whipped cream, whipped topping or ice cream.
