Ritz Cracker Pie
Ritz Cracker Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 ritz crackers, crushed fine, 1 c. chopped nuts, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 egg whites (better at room temperature) and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix together the Ritz crackers, chopped nuts and 1/2 cup sugar.
Beat the egg whites, vanilla and 1/2 cup sugar.
Fold cracker mixture into egg whites.
Put in heavily greased pie plate.
Bake for 30 minutes at 300Β°.
Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
