Ritz Cracker Dessert
Ritz Cracker Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 60 ritz crackers, crumbled, 1 1/2 c. milk, 2 small boxes instant coconut cream pudding mix, 1/4 lb. butter or margarine and 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Set aside 1/2 cup cracker crumbs for top.
Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter together and spread flat in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Mix all other ingredients together and pour over the crumb mix.
Keep refrigerated.
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of crumbs on top and serve.
