Ritz Cracker Dessert
Ritz Cracker Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 75 ritz crackers, crushed, 1 1/3 sticks oleo, melted, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (any flavor), 1 1/2 c. milk and 1 qt. ice cream (coordinate with pudding flavor), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix cracker crumbs and butter.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan (reserve some crumbs for top).
Mix pudding and milk, then add ice cream, beating until smooth.
Pour over crust and chill in refrigerator until firm.
Before serving, spread with Cool Whip and top with reserved crumbs.
