Ritz Cracker Dessert
Ritz Cracker Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 50 ritz crackers, crushed, 1/2 stick oleo, melted, 1/2 gal. vanilla flavor yogurt or ice cream, 2 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding and cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Crush the Ritz crackers.
Save 1/4 cup for spreading on top. Melt oleo and mix with the cracker crumbs.
Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Melt yogurt or ice cream.
Mix pudding with the yogurt or ice cream.
Spread over the crust and top with Cool Whip.
Put 1/2 cup of crackers on top.
Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
