Cook Eagle Brand, stirring constantly, on medium heat until thick.
Add dates and nuts.
Spread frosting consisting of oleo, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk.

Bake 3 to 5 minutes at 375Β°. Ice with a small amount of white icing.
