Ritubarb Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. diced rhubarb, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jell-o, 1 white cake mix (dry) and 1 1/2 c. hot water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Put rhubarb, sugar, dry Jell-O and dry cake mix in a 9 x 13-inch pan in order listed.
Do not mix; pour hot water over first 4 ingredients; then pour melted margarine over all.
Bake at 350Β° for 55 to 60 minutes.
Fresh or frozen rhubarb may be used. Cool before cutting and store in refrigerator.
