Risdon Reuben Dip
Risdon Reuben Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can kraut, drained and dried, 1 small onion, chopped, 1/4 lb. cooked corned beef, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Place first 3 ingredients in blender. Process until finely chopped.
Combine mixture with remaining ingredients.
Place in 1-quart casserole dish.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
Makes 10 to 15 hors d'oeuvres.
Use rye cocktail bread or rye bagel chips and crackers.
