Rigatoni I
Rigatoni I is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 2 (16 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce (any kind), 1 (1 lb.) rigatoni, 1 tsp. garlic powder and salt to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a large skillet, brown ground meat.
Add garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Drain off grease.
Add 1 jar of spaghetti sauce and simmer.
Boil rigatoni as directed on package and drain.
Add some butter according to taste and garlic powder.
Put into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Pour the other jar of spaghetti sauce over noodles.
Add meat mixture.
Mix in Mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and mix well.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
