Rigatoni
Rigatoni is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) box rigatoni, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated, 1/4 lb. pepperoni and 1 jar pizza sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water.
Brown ground beef in large pan.
Add diced onions, pepperoni (slices cut in fourths), diced pepper, mushrooms and seasonings.
Stir until all is cooked. Add pizza and spaghetti sauces.
Grate cheese.
Drain rigatoni and add to mixture.
Place 1/2 of mixture into large casserole. Put 1/2 of cheese on it.
Put rest of mixture over this and finish with cheese.
Put in a 350Β° oven for 45 minutes with cover. Remove cover and brown cheese 15 to 20 minutes.
Let set 15 minutes before serving.
