Ricotta Cheese Cake
Ricotta Cheese Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix (pillsbury) *, 2 lb. ricotta cheese, 4 eggs, 1 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix cake according to package directions.
Bake in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan (flour pan).
Mix eggs, sugar, Ricotta cheese and vanilla until nice and creamy.
Pour over cake batter.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour or until brown.
Check center with knife.
Bake a few minutes longer if knife is wet.
Cool and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
