Ricotta Cake
Ricotta Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow pudding cake mix, 2 lb. ricotta cheese, 4 eggs, 3/4 c. sugar and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix cake mix according to directions on box.
Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
In a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture on top of the cake batter and marble with a spatula.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 60 to 70 minutes, until done.
Cool in pan and sprinkle with confectioners sugar before serving.
