Ricotta Cake
Ricotta Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ricotta cheese, 3/4 c. sugar, 3 eggs, beaten with fork, 1 lemon cake mix, prepared according to directions and 1 small chocolate hershey bar with almonds (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix Ricotta, sugar and eggs by hand.
Then add chocolate bar that has been finely chopped and cinnamon.
Prepare cake mix and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Carefully spoon Ricotta mixture on top of batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 60 to 65 minutes.
Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
