Ricotta Cake
Ricotta Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. yellow cake mix, mixed as directed, 2 lb. ricotta cream cheese, 3 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix together the cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and sugar.
Lay cake mix on bottom of greased and floured 9 x 12-inch pan.
Put cream cheese mixture on top; make sure mixture goes all around edges.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes in a 375Β° oven.
(Cake will rise to top and cream cheese will go to bottom.)
Cool; cut into squares.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
